2 orders of Baconator fries. Drive thru worker seemed friendly. Order was ready really really fast. "Thanks" .."You're welcome"... Cool.. I drove off..
Had seen a problem in restrooms told manger problem taken care promptly
So glad they spent the money to renovate this place only to have the same trashy service. Several friends and myself have officially given up on this place. Employees are rude at times and are constantly screwing up simple orders. I love Wendys but this place needs better service.. DONE
Really poor and dull customer service.
Didnt really care to see all of that...especially since i wasn't even upset about it.
It looked better than before but when it came time for me to eat it i had to toss it ...Just couldnt bring myself to eat it. Just in case the agitation was towards me.. Im not eating no spit or whatever it may be that agitated people put into food..
While waiting at window i could hear their convesersation...
They eventually replaced it...
I never write negative reviews but they are SO rude EVERY time!!! Tonight was the last time I'm dealing with it... I'll drive a few extra miles to the Bourbonnais location for a much more pleasant experience.
Other employee appeared agitated or whatever (I don't know towards who) but whatever ..
Ended up going to Arbys..
Nice employees. Very clean place.
