We went in a few years ago to see about getting a pool. They have great quality pools for the lowest prices. And they are the exact same pools that the other shops have for lower price. They were so helpful every step of the way. The people that own and work there are amazing. Friendly every time. I have had many questions and they have been great. Very knowledgeable. Never roll their eyes like you are stupid like another place, I won't mention. Always happy to help you get your pool in order. Never try to sell you something you don't need. In fact, they are just the opposite. I will always recommend Blanchette Pools to anyone looking for a great pool place. Happy swimming.
I have been going to Blanchette Pool and Spa for years now. Everyone there is AWESOME! I went in the other day and the owner spent 20 minutes of his time even though he was walking out when I got there. I can't say enough how helpful they are there.
The owners and employees are always very helpful every time I'm in there for my pool needs. Many times someone will carry and load my items in my truck. This type of quality business is hard to find anymore. Worth the drive.
Customer friendly service is non-existent! But they will always test your pool water for free. The only reason I continue to patron is because of convenience. Today I bought three bags of sand drove around back to pick it up and as the salesmen is loading with me a man yells out the back door how much sand is it getting? I also purchased a four dollar clamp and drain hose that I had to go to Menards to make fit. Asked a question about my sand pump and got a minimalist answer with out the lady even trying to crack the least bit of smile- just a black face! Makes someone feel like you're bothering them just to shop.
