All the furniture I bought there broke down right away. Would not let me return it. Don't buy here. It's cheap junk.
Bought 4 chairs they broke 2 weeks afterwards I have now been waiting 3 months for the replacement still til this day I have not gotten anything!!!!!
In store customer service was great however when I got my order all 25 extra large boxes from my delivery were left all over my house. When asked if they could take the trash or break down the boxes I was told no!! Who does that. I have purchased from other furniture stores both large and small and none of them left a mess like this. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
Bought 2 beds and kitchen table the bed I paid more for because they said it was soft was not and now I'm stuck with a bed that I can't sleep on
My experience has been good with mega. The staff was friendly and pricing is good. I bought a dining pub set W 4 chairs. I found the same pub set at a competitor for twice as much. It's made from all hardwoods. I opted to assemble myself. It was not difficult to assemble. I've had it for a year and haven't had any issues with poor quality/breaking chairs.
